The Filmmakers

BRIAN JUDE, Writer/Producer
Brian Jude is a producer, director, screenwriter and actor on feature-length films, videos and television programs and commercials. His producing credits include The Blood Shed, Under the Raven’s Wing and The Jonestown Defense. He has also produced and directed the independent television pilot Erroneous Convictions (codirector, featuring Kim Director and Judge Jerry Sheindlin).

In 2006, after a collaboration with the critically acclaimed power-acoustic Indie rock band Friday’s Child to produce the concert film Friday’s Child: Live at Luna Stage, Brian Jude teamed up with front man Tom Walker to create Digital Cafe Tour (DCT), bringing live concert performances from the stage to the home via internet streaming, public and Video On-Demand television. Brian has produced and directed over 60 music and comedy concerts with DCT. The project has evolved into the new television series, Liner Notes.

TOM WALKER, Producer/Composer
A classically-trained musician and producer, Tom Walker founded the Indie rock band Friday’s Child in 1996. Within a year, his relentless marketing efforts saw the band headlining major national venues and sharing stages with other prominent recording artists, touring Borders Books and Music stores, colleges, and medium-sized venues all over the country. His Internet radio concert broadcasts hit millions of listeners on-line and catapulted the Friday’s Child trademark to the top of the Underground. By 2002, Tom/Friday’s Child was cited in best-selling Music Industry How-To book, “The Real Deal: How to Get Signed to a Record Label,” as an acknowledged expert on guerilla Internet music marketing and café music tours, and he is regarded as a leading expert in Indie music online marketing.

A graduate with Highest Honors from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts Film and Television Department, Tom also worked in motion picture development for Frank Oz Productions and Batfilm, creators of the Batman movie franchise. He is currently executive producing the new series, NJ Live at Crossroads as well as Is It Rolling?, a documentary feature about the legendary music producer Bob Johnston.

RICHARD LEGON, Associate Producer
A musician, historian and actor, Richard Legon is Co-Managing Member of Dragon Rider Productions and serves as Associate Producer on most of Dragon Rider Productions’ projects. He served as First Assistant Director for the short The Last Days of Frank Whyte, and as Associate Producer/Assistant Director for Friday’s Child: Live at Luna Stage, both directed by Brian Jude. He has been involved with the film industry since 1997, appearing in such feature films as Robert Kane Pappas’ Some Fish Can Fly, John Hamburg’s Safe Men and Phillip Noyce’s The Saint.
